Speaker: Officer Mike Pace = His program was a tour of the New Police Station designed for the future. The Station has more room than they need at this time. They have lots of room to grow. It is very nice and all enjoyed going through it.

Old Business:

Board meeting One (1) hour before regular monthly meeting

Fundraiser <> Evalyn Phillips <> It was suggested by Evalyn to purchase for Galveston Convention 2011, Oval Pins, Patches and Key Chains to sell as a Fundraiser for the Region One Convention 2011 Bank Account. A quotation had been received from Advantage Specialties for Quantities of 100, 200, 300 and 500 of each item. The cost for 200 Pins - $2.65 ea., Patches- $1.90 ea. and Key Chains- $3.45 ea..  It was voted on to order 200 each and tentatively to sell each one for $7.00 ea., or as a package set of one of each item for $20.00. The total cost for Region One is $1600.00 plus $50.00 die charge. Evalyn said she would pay the $50.00 die charge as her donation to the Region One Convention fundraiser.
