LIVE AND
GET ALONG WITH THE PEOPLE YOU MEET IN EVERY DAY LIVING. <> The
program
was on how we treat each other and respect for each other. How much it
means to treat each person as you want to be treated. Share experiences
with each person you can. Have pride in how you look and how you
present
your self. Use your social skills and help anyone you can. In every day
living do the best you can with what you have. The way you take care of
problems will follow you for a long time so try to conduct your self
with
you best foot forward.

CPAAA
March Report
The
Linda Pace Volunteer Recognition Award was named. This
is
an award voted on by the board to honor members 2 times a year for
service
above and beyond volunteering basics.
The
association is looking into new jackets and hooded sweatshirts to
enhance
the current uniform choices. Officers have a
new patch
and perhaps we will want to include that design.
February
27, a bus full of lucky people (30) took a casino trip (Coushatta) and
no one lost their shirt but all had a great time.
Class
#30 began February 4th with 30 people in attendance. Hopefully
this
will be the last class in our current facility and the first class
to graduate in our new home on Cullen.
We
have issued 823 violations through Handicap Parking year to date, 274
paid
fines totaling $59,815.
Advance
CPA classes are scheduled to begin in June. Volunteers
will
be assisting with the YMCA Triathlon this month. Summer activities
start picking up in May. Paws in the park is
scheduled
March 26th and we will assist with security and parking.
